PAC Professional Care
Safe, Effective & Eco-Friendly
Cold rooms contain different surfaces, refrigeration components and drainage points that may collect dust, food residue, spills, debris or other buildup during operation. PAC reviews the equipment and accessible areas first, then confirms a cleaning scope appropriate to the site and component.
Visible dust, residue or debris on accessible refrigeration components
Food spills or operational residue inside the cold room
Buildup around accessible fan guards or evaporator areas
Debris or residue in an accessible drain pan or drainage point
Recurring odour that requires the source to be assessed
Ice or condensation patterns that require checking before deciding whether cleaning or technical maintenance is appropriate
Cold storage combines food-storage areas with refrigeration equipment that requires appropriate access, cleaning and maintenance. Keeping suitable surfaces and accessible refrigeration components clean supports routine facility hygiene and helps maintenance teams inspect the equipment more clearly. Cleaning does not replace refrigeration fault diagnosis or repair.
Spills, residue and operational buildup can collect on accessible surfaces and should be addressed according to the room use and site hygiene requirements.
Dust and residue can collect around evaporator areas, fans and guards. Cleaning scope depends on equipment design and safe access.
Drain pans and drainage points should remain free from avoidable debris or obstruction where they are accessible for service.
Temperature faults, refrigerant issues, electrical problems and mechanical failures require technical diagnosis rather than being treated as cleaning issues.
The exact scope is confirmed after reviewing the cold room, refrigeration equipment and access conditions.
Cleaning scope depends on equipment type, manufacturer requirements, electrical isolation requirements, stored products, access and site conditions.
Suitable accessible internal surfaces affected by residue, spills or general buildup.
Accessible evaporator areas where equipment design, condition and safe access allow cleaning.
Accessible fan components and related surfaces affected by dust or residue.
Accessible drainage areas included in the confirmed cleaning scope.
Suitable door-frame and gasket-adjacent surfaces within the agreed scope.
Removal of loose operational buildup from confirmed accessible areas.
Visible observations may be shared where identified during the service.
Start with the condition you can see or the operational problem you have noticed. PAC can help determine whether the enquiry belongs to a cleaning scope or needs separate technical assessment.
PAC uses an assessment-led approach so the cleaning scope is matched to the cold room, refrigeration equipment and site conditions rather than treating every system the same way.
The affected areas, equipment type and access conditions are reviewed before the cleaning scope is confirmed.
Cleaning work is not presented as a substitute for refrigeration, electrical or mechanical fault diagnosis.
Accessible surfaces, evaporator areas, fans and drainage points are handled according to the confirmed scope and equipment suitability.
Where the cold room is part of a wider commercial kitchen, PAC can identify whether separate kitchen equipment, floor, drain or exhaust services should be handled under their own scopes.
The exact steps depend on the equipment, stored products, access and agreed site requirements.
Share the cold-room type, refrigeration equipment, operating concern and areas requiring attention.
PAC reviews the equipment, accessible components, site conditions and operational requirements before confirming the cleaning scope.
Suitable accessible surfaces and refrigeration components are cleaned according to the confirmed scope and site requirements.
Where applicable, PAC records visible observations and identifies conditions that may require separate refrigeration or maintenance assessment.
PAC can review cold-room and refrigeration cleaning enquiries according to equipment type, facility use, access and operating requirements.
Cleaning and technical refrigeration maintenance address different requirements.

| When to request | Visible residue, spills, debris or planned hygiene and maintenance work. | Cooling failure, abnormal equipment operation, refrigerant concerns or component faults. |
| Expected outcome | Specified accessible areas are cleaned within the agreed scope. | The diagnosed refrigeration fault is repaired according to a separate technical scope. |
| Cleaning boundary | Accessible areas only within the confirmed scope. | Technical diagnosis is separate from cleaning. |
| Site requirements | Access, stored products and operating conditions are reviewed. | Equipment and fault conditions require technical assessment. |

Best deep cleaning service I have come across in Jeddah. The company is very professional; the assessment process was very straightforward and transparent and they delivered exactly what they promised and exceeded my expectations. They are fully equipped with great equipment and the team was so friendly and helpful and so very understanding. The attention to detail was outstanding 👌🏼 I would very highly and comfortably recommend their services without a doubt. Had them clean a new apartment before moving in the furniture; they didn’t leave a single corner or hole untouched. And they were very careful and respectful of the walls and cabinets/ closets…called me anytime they needed any clarifications. Now I also asked them to clean out the water tanks in the building They have my gratitude 🙏

Amazing service from start to finish! I contacted them very last minute on a Friday, and they responded immediately and managed to arrange everything for us. It was a huge deep-cleaning job after a major gym renovation, with dust absolutely everywhere, but the team did an incredible job. They worked throughout the entire night, from 10 PM until 8 AM, and the result was excellent. The team was professional, hardworking, responsive, and extremely reliable. I really appreciated their flexibility, especially with such short notice and such a big job. Highly recommended, and I will definitely use their services again!

Tell PAC about the cold room, equipment type, visible buildup and operating concern. We can review the available information and identify whether the requirement fits a cleaning scope or needs separate technical assessment.
Find answers to common questions about cold storage room refrigeration cleaning.
The scope can include suitable accessible cold-room surfaces, evaporator areas, fan blades and guards, drain pans and related drainage points. The exact work depends on the equipment, access and site conditions.
No. Cleaning addresses accessible residue, dust, debris and buildup within an agreed scope. Refrigerant issues, compressor faults, electrical problems and failed controls require a separate technical refrigeration assessment.
PAC can assess accessible evaporator and fan areas for cleaning when the equipment design, condition, manufacturer requirements and safe access allow it. The final scope is confirmed before work begins.
Accessible drain pans and related drainage points can be included where appropriate. Blocked, damaged or mechanically defective drainage may require a separate maintenance scope.
Not necessarily. Poor cooling can have mechanical, electrical, airflow, control or refrigerant-related causes. A temperature or equipment fault should be assessed separately rather than assuming cleaning will correct it.
There is no single interval for every cold room. The appropriate schedule depends on facility use, food or product handling, visible condition, equipment requirements, the site's hygiene plan and manufacturer maintenance guidance.
The site and stored products must be reviewed before the service is planned. Product protection, relocation, equipment access and operating requirements may affect when and how the cleaning can be carried out.
PAC accepts enquiries across Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh and Jeddah. Availability and the final service scope are confirmed according to the location, equipment and site requirements.
